Refund Method

- The original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Online Payment)
- Mobile banking for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
- Captain Footwear Store Credit (optional, upon customer request)
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved or the cancellation has been confirmed.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank, mobile banking provider, or payment gateway.
Important Notes
- Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect product, or an error on our part.
