Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if:

  • The item is returned in accordance with our Return Policy.
  • The product is unavailable or your order is canceled by Captain Footwear.
  • The order is canceled before it has been shipped.
  • You receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item and choose not to receive a replacement.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through:

  • The original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Online Payment)
  • Mobile banking for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
  • Captain Footwear Store Credit (optional, upon customer request)

Refund Timeline

  •  Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved or the cancellation has been confirmed.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank, mobile banking provider, or payment gateway.

Important Notes

  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect product, or an error on our part.
  • Returned products must meet the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.
  • Captain Footwear reserves the right to decline or withhold a refund if the returned item does not comply with our return requirements.
